About Loona's voice recognition
Loona uses Amazon's Lex intelligent voice recognition service, and Loona recognizes the wakeup word "Hello Loona" and enters a voice command recognition state. You can then speak the commands to Loona and Loona will upload them to Amazon's Lex intelligent voice server over the Internet, parsing and determining the commands' intent. Finally, Lex sends the intent of the voice command back to Loona over the Internet, and Loona responds to the intent with appropriate feedback.

In Loona power on, You need to say wakeup word "Hello Loona" first. Loona will recognize the wakeup word, then Loona will keep her ears open for your command. At this time, the ripple diagram will appear on the screen, then you can say the voice command.

If your wakeup word and the voice command are very closely spoken out, such as "Hello Loona come here", the voice command will not be recognized properly.

When Loona is performing some vigorous actions or trying to do something else, the successful rate of wakeup word “Hello Loona” will be reduced. And please try again when she has finished an action.

If Loona hears the wakeup word "Hello Loona" in sleep mode, Loona will wake up from sleep and enter auto pilot mode. If Loona hears the wakeup word "Hello Loona" in charging mode, Loona will light up the screen and show the current charging progress.
Loona's voice system still has a lot of room for improvement through software updates, and her current state is not the perfect one. KEYi Tech will continuously optimize the experience of Loona's voice system and update through OTA.
[Troubleshooting] - Why Loona doesn't respond to "Hello Loona"?

[Make sure Loona is in the proper scenarios] Loona can not recognize the wakeup words in the following scenarios. Please quit the function or put Loona on the ground first.

[Troubleshooting] - "Network Error" showing on Loona's screen
If you have the "Network Error" showing on Loona's screen, please follow all of the instructions.

If you have the "Network Error" prompt, check if the home router is powered off/working properly. This prompt indicates that Loona can not connect to the router. Please check if the router is powered on or is working properly.

If you have changed the router, please reset the Loona WiFi connection to the new router.

Try to put Loona close to the router. If Loona is far from the router or signal interference in the environment, Loona cannot connect to the router. Please try to put Loona close to the router.
[Troubleshooting] - "Timeout" showing on Loona's screen
If you have the "Timeout" showing on Loona's screen, please check the error number code on the screen and follow all of the instructions.
- 0-99-7: Check the router's Internet connection.
This error code shows Loona can not connect to Amazon Lex due to no Internet. Please ensure the router is connected to the Internet. - 0-99-28: Try again or change Loona's WiFi connection.
This error code shows Loona connected to Amazon Lex time out due to bad Internet. Please ensure the Internet is normal and try again after a few minutes. - 0-99-60: Wait for moments and try again.
This error code shows the certification verification falied. Please wait for minutes to let Loona update the certification and try again after a few minutes.If you still have this error, please try to restart Loona to update it. - 4-21: Wait for moments and try again.
This error code shows the clock between Loona and Amazon Lex mismatches. Please wait for minutes to re-sync the clock and try again after a few minutes. If you still have this error, please try to restart Loona to re-sync it.
