How to take care of Loona's ear
Loona's ears are pretty sensitive. Please, make sure to follow these three simple rules while playing with Loona:
Please don't move/pull Loona's ears to avoid damage to the ears' motors.
Please don't touch the Loona's ears while Loona is running (for example, don't lift the ears using force as it may cause damage to the motors)
- Please don't use Loona on the table or other high places to avoid falling and damage to Loona's ears.
P.S. Loona has a protection program for the ears that will automatically stop the ear motors when abnormal activity is detected. Restart your Loona by pressing the power button for 4 seconds (turn Loona off and on), and the ears will resume moving again.
If Loona's ear doesn't move
If you encounter ear movement issues, please kindly follow the troubleshooting instructions below:
1. Please try to reset/restart your Loona, confirm if your Loona's ear is de-activated by the protection mechanism;
2. Please try to pat Loona's ear inward a few times, then restart;
3. If your Loona's ear is still having a problem moving...
