About Loona's voice recognition
Loona uses Amazon's Lex intelligent voice recognition service, and Loona recognizes the wakeup word "Hello Loona" and enters a voice command recognition state which shows the ripple diagram on the screen. You can then speak the voice commands to Loona and Loona will upload them to Amazon's Lex intelligent voice server over the Internet, parsing and determining the voice commands' intent. Finally, Lex sends the intent of the voice commands back to Loona over the Internet, and Loona responds to the intent with appropriate feedback.
Why Loona doesn't understand my command?

FIRST, you need to say the wakeup word "Hello Loona". If Loona recognizes the wakeup word, Loona will say 'Eh' to respond to you and stand up her ears and 'listen' to your command. At the same time, the ripple diagram will appear on the screenh简化
THEN, you can say the voice command to Loona. In order to 'hear' your commands clearly, please keep a distance within 2 meters from Loona.
LASTLY, Loona will react to your command after receiving the intent of the command from Amazon server. If Loona didn't 'hear' clearly or 'understand' your voice command, a "?" icon will be displayed on the screen. If so, please get closer to Lonna and check the Loona's Voice Commands

If your wakeup word and the voice command are very closely spoken out, such as "Hello Loona come here", the voice command will not be recognized properly.

When Loona is performing some vigorous actions or trying to do something else, It very likely that she didn't hear your wakeup word “Hello Loona”. Please try again when she has finished the action.
Loona's voice system still has a lot of room for improvement through software updates, and her current state is not the perfect one. KEYi Tech will continuously optimize the experience of Loona's voice system and update through OTA.
[Troubleshooting] - Why Loona doesn't respond to "Hello Loona"?
If you're having trouble recognizing the wakeup words while Loona is on, please follow all of the instructions.

Loona can not recognize the wakeup words in the following scenarios. Please quit the function or put Loona on the ground first.
- When Loona is performing some vigorous actions or trying to do something else, It very likely that she didn't hear your wakeup word “Hello Loona”. Please try again when she has finished the action.
- If the environment is too noisy, please get closer to Loona and say the wakeup words "Hello Loona" to make her hear you clearly.
Which languages can Loona understand?
Loona can understand 8 languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. You can change the language in the Settings on the App after connecting Loona with the App.
After you set the language Loona can understand or recognise, the Voice command on the App will be updated at the same time where you can check commands in this language.
Loona can not understand two different languages at the same time.
"Network Error" showing on Loona's screen
If you have the "Network Error" showing on Loona's screen, it means that Loona hasn't connected to the Internet. Please follow all of the instructions:

If Loona just wakes up from sleep mode, please wait for about 1 minute to let her connect to the Internet stablely.

If the "Network Error" prompt keeps showing every time, it indicates that Loona fails to connect to the Internet. Please try to reset the Loona WiFi connection.
"Timeout" showing on Loona's screen
If you have the "Timeout" showing on Loona's screen, please check the error code on the screen and follow all of the instructions.

0-99-28: This error code shows Loona failed to connect to Amazon Lex time out due to bad Internet. Please check if your Internet connection is normal. If the Internet connection is no problem, please connect Loona with the App and reset it in the Settings. And then reset the WiFi connection by scanning the QR code on Loona's screen with App.If you still have this error after these instructions, please connect Loona with the App and upload the error log in the Settings. And then contact our customer service. We'll analyze the error log and resolve it as soon as possible.

0-99-60: This error code shows the certification verification falied. Please wait for minutes to let Loona update the certification and try again after a few minutes. You can also restart Loona to update the certification.If you still have this error after these instructions, please connect Loona with the App and upload the error log in the Settings. And then contact our customer service. We'll analyze the error log and resolve it as soon as possible.
