When I connect to Loona through the APP, there is always a Failed toast on the APP

The Wi-Fi signal isn't stablePlease go to Loona APP settings > account, click [Set up Wi-Fi for Loona] and reset Wi-Fi for Loona. Please make sure the Wi-Fi environment is good.

Router firewall settingsConfirm that the router is DHCP enabled and that no specific mac address is assigned to connect.If the router supports setting Bonjour, make sure that option is turned on to discover LAN devices.

C3, C61, C64: Loona is offline (in sleep mode, powered off) or experiencing poor network conditions: Step 1: Restart the app and Loona. Step 2: Reconfigure the network settings for Loona. Step 3: After successfully setting up the network for Loona, attempt to connect again. Please ensure that Loona is successfully connected to the internet and that both Loona and the app are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

2100, 2200: Loona's device validation failed, rejecting the connection request from the app: Step 1: Restart the app and Loona. Step 2: After powering on Loona, wait for approximately 60 seconds. Then, on the app side, click on the "Connect" button again to attempt to connect to Loona(Loona will automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi after starting up, but this process takes a little time, so please wait over 30s before Clicking the [connect Loona] button on the APP). Step 3: If the connection continues to fail after multiple attempts or if the connection is established but immediately gets disconnected, please contact customer service for assistance.
